Referral relationships are governed by a Partner Referral Agreement defining eligibility and compensation.
Reseller Partner Program
Reseller partners own the customer relationship and package Outer Edge’s compliant infrastructure as part of their broader solution. Outer Edge delivers and manages the infrastructure layer while partners control pricing, billing, and customer engagement.
How It Works

- Partner incorporates Outer Edge infrastructure and platform services into their solution

Support Model
Partner serves as first-level support. Outer Edge provides second- and third-level infrastructure support. Escalation models are defined per engagement.
All services are delivered under the OET Master Services Agreement incorporated into the partner’s customer agreement.
SaaS Partner Program
SaaS partners run their applications on Outer Edge’s secure, compliant platform while retaining full ownership of their software and roadmap. Outer Edge manages infrastructure, availability, and compliance so partners can focus on product and growth.

Outer Edge Technology is evaluating advanced platform offerings, including AI and GPU-accelerated environments. Any such services will be introduced only after completing appropriate technical, security, operational, and regulatory due diligence.
Governance & Compliance
Every partner engagement is governed by a written agreement. Partnerships are non-exclusive, and no agency, joint venture, or reseller authority is implied. Roles, responsibilities, and support models are defined contractually.
