Rick founded Outer Edge in 2008 after growing K Consultants from 5 to 175+ employees before its acquisition by Safeguard Scientifics. He’s spent three decades helping regulated companies turn IT infrastructure from a liability into a compliance asset.

Jose leads the engineering team and oversees validated infrastructure deployments across Azure, AWS, and private cloud environments. He specializes in bridging corporate requirements with operational realities for multinational manufacturers.
